Shipping Policy
A. International Shipments
Shipments abroad (including Cyprus) are sent by registered mail with Hellenic Post Office.
- Free shipping on orders over 100€ of product value (13 pcs and more)
- Shipping cost is 21.50€ for orders under 100€ of product value
- No shipments exceeding 1 kg are carried out.
When you place your order, fill in the country and postal address to which you wish to receive your order and select the desired payment method.
When parcels arrive at the airport of your country, shipment to your address is taken over by your local Post Office. An indicative delivery time is 4-14 business days (after the day of deposit) as mentioned on the website of the Hellenic Post Office (www.elta.gr). In periods of increased traffic (holiday season, summer holidays or due to emergency conditions) shipping days may change. We are very sorry for any additional delays that may occur, but we are not responsible for any of these, as they depend on the Hellenic Post Office, the local Post Office and the local Customs Office in each country.
B. Shipments to Greece
We deliver our products in Greece with ELTA Courier.
Ordering process
When you place your order, fill in the postal address to which you wish to receive your order and select the desired payment method.
The time required to receive your order is 1-5 business days. In periods of increased traffic (holiday season, summer holidays or due to emergency conditions) shipping days may change.
Shipping by Courier
Orders are shipped by ELTA Courier in Greece.
- Free shipping on orders over 50€ of product value
- Shipping cost is 3.30€ for orders under 50€ of product value
- In case the payment method is cash on delivery (only for orders in Greece), there is an additional charge of 2.50€
Delivery times
Shipments to mainland Greece 1 to 4 business days
Shipments to Greek islands 2 to 5 business days

C. Order status and parcel tracking
You get informed for the status of your order by emails sent to you at every step of the process. You can also see the status of your order from your Account information at any time. After the delivery of the order to the courier company or the post office you can track its progress by entering the shipping tracking number at the following link: www.elta-courier.gr/search.
