Payment Policy

You can pay for your order at the Touch of Pure e-shop in one of the following ways:

  • Credit, Debit or Prepaid card
  • PayPal
  • Money Transfer (Bank Deposit) to Piraeus Bank account
  • Cash on delivery (payment upon receipt) – Surcharge of 2.50€ on the total cost of the order (only for orders shipped within Greece, not valid for international shipments)

Payment by Card

You can use your Credit, Debit or Prepaid Card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) to pay for your order. You have the option to choose this method in the last step of completing your online order.

To ensure the safety of the transaction and the absolute confidentiality of your information, card payments are processed via the Stripe gateway platform (https://stripe.com/en-gr) the most widely used international payment platform with the highest level of certification, PCI Service Provider – Level 1, and the possibility of 3D protection for the secure encryption of payments and extra fraud protection.

When paying by Card, you are automatically transferred to the Stripe secure payment environment where you fill in your card details. After the successful transaction you receive an email with the details of your order.

Payment via PayPal

If you have a PayPal account, you may use it to pay for your order. PayPal is a wallet and payment system used by more than 200 million users worldwide.

When paying with PayPal, you are automatically transferred to the secure PayPal payment environment. After the successful transaction you receive an email with the details of your order.

Payment by Bank Deposit

You can also pay for your order by transferring money (wire money) to the following bank account:

  • PIRAEUS BANK

  • SWIFT/BIC: PIRBGRAA
  • Beneficiary of the above account appears the name: TOUCH OF PURE L.P.

In the information used for the transaction of the deposit, you must enter the order number as well as your name.

Any bank transfer costs are borne by the customer.

The deposit must be completed within 3 business days from the submission of your order.

Your order will be shipped after the deposit is confirmed.

Cash on delivery (only for orders shipped within Greece)

By choosing cash on delivery, you pay your order to the employee of the Courier company upon receipt.

The use of cash on delivery increases the total cost of your order by 2.50€, in addition to the basic shipping cost. Cash on delivery is valid only for orders shipped within Greece. It is not applicable for international shipments.

Payment transaction security

Our website accepts credit, debit and prepaid Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards. To ensure the absolute security of your electronic transaction through credit and debit cards, the payment is processed via the secure payment gateway systems of Stripe and PayPal, which use international banking standards for the security and protection of transactions.

Once the customer completes the entry of the order, it is automatically transferred to the secure environment of the payment provider. On this page you must fill in all the required fields (card number, expiration date, security code [CVV / CVC / CID], cardholder name). The customer’s card details are processed by the banking institutions solely for the completion of the transaction, i.e. the payment of the products purchased from the online store. The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy listed on the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy pages of our website. Please note that the company does not keep customer’s credit card and/or bank account data.

Import Tax outside EU

For countries outside of EU you may be asked to pay customs import Tax or VAT charges if your order passes through your local customs office. Touch of Pure will not refund these charges as, unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or the costs applicable, as these vary from country to country.
