Money Back Guarantee

We are sure that you will be completely satisfied with our product. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return some or all of the products you purchased within ten (10) days from the date of receipt. In this case, the money you paid is refunded or the product is replaced with another one of your choice.

It is mentioned that the returned products must not be damaged or modified and the labels accompanying the products should be present, just as they were when you received them. You should also have the retail receipt or invoice. Please note that the products returned are being disposed and we do not resell them for hygiene reasons. When returning a non-defective product, the shipping cost for returning and re-shipping the product is borne by the customer.

Wrong delivery

In case of a delivery error due to our fault (such as sending a wrong product, sending wrong quantity of products, incorrect invoicing, sending a defective product), the company takes full responsibility to replace or refund the order, after written agreement with the customer.

Receipt of defective products

In case of receiving a broken product in the shipping package, please inform our company within 24 hours (by sending 1 photo) in order for us to proceed to product replacement at our own expense. Beyond this time frame, the replacement will not be accepted.

You can cancel your order, if you wish, free of charge, provided that the products have NOT been shipped from our store, as evidenced by the relevant documents of the courier company.
